Baby Boomer Life is right about antioxidants. Nice blog…
Antioxidants are amazing and necessary. I have been taking them since 1994 and the Network Antioxidant concept takes it even further.
When we started taking antioxidants, we did what was called a saturation dosage for 10 days - that was 1 capsule for every 10 pounds of body weight. And then after that, drop down to a maintenance dosage and adjust to the body’s needs.
I got my friend taking them regularly for a while, and he had a really bad back from an injury as a police officer. Some time his back was so bad he got not stand up straight and he would be bed ridden occasionally for several days.
After two months on the antioxidants, he was pain free most of the time. As is typical of many people, he stopped taking them after about a year. Now his back hurts again most of the time.
You can lead a horse to water but have you ever smelled a wet horse?
Anyway, they work wonders for the body.
Take em.
